Outplacement Success is the online learning companion to your Coach 1st programme. It sits alongside your one to one coaching, not in place of it. Everything in this course has been built to be worked through in order, but you are free to return to any chapter as many times as you need, for as long as your access remains open.

This edition has been substantially developed to bring it in line with current global and UK labour market conditions, current best practice from the wider career transition and outplacement industry, and the practical experience Stuart Blake has gained from over forty years in senior recruitment leadership and more than seven thousand personal coaching conversations.

Each chapter follows the same structure. It opens with the context you need, sets out the wider industry and market picture, works through two realistic examples, flags the mistakes most commonly made at this stage, and closes with a short set of actions you can complete before your next coaching session.
